Crito Smart PMS

Crito Smart PMS is a live multi-tenant hotel property management system that Imam Faheem led at Skyware IT Solutions for Crito in Germany. It covers reservations, billing, housekeeping, and guest operations. The product is live at smartpms.innolink.technology.

I architected and led the engineering of this platform from the ground up. The backend is structured as independently deployable microservices, each owning its own data domain. This allows individual services to scale under load and ship updates independently without platform-wide downtime.

Each property runs in a fully isolated tenant environment. Pricing, configuration, and operational data are completely separate across tenants. The system is designed to grow to many properties without architectural changes.
