Crito Smart PMS is a production multi-tenant property management platform, live with properties in Germany. It covers the full operational lifecycle of a hotel — reservations, guest management, financials, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest communications — in a single unified system.
I architected and led the engineering of this platform from the ground up. The backend is structured as independently deployable microservices, each owning its own data domain. This allows individual services to scale under load and ship updates independently without platform-wide downtime.
Each property runs in a fully isolated tenant environment. Pricing, configuration, and operational data are completely separate across tenants. The system is designed to grow to many properties without architectural changes.
Currently in progress
IoT-driven room heating automation is in active development — rooms reach temperature before guests arrive, and heating cuts off automatically on checkout. For properties in Germany, this is projected to save thousands of euros annually in energy costs.
