Chatevo is my own product, built independently outside my work at Skyware IT. Businesses connect their documents, FAQs, product pages, and knowledge bases — and the platform deploys an AI agent that answers customer questions from that material, embedded on any website with a single script tag.
The agent goes beyond static retrieval. It supports live tool integrations: REST APIs, MCP tools, and custom data queries mid-conversation. That means it can check an order status, look up availability, or submit a form — not only answer from a knowledge base.
The core platform is built and multi-tenant ready. I am in the final phase before public launch: onboarding polish, pricing, and opening general access. The architecture, RAG pipeline, and tooling are proven and in place.
